The Changzhou facility, operational since 2019, covers a total area of 140,000 m² with a plant area of 120,000 m². It houses four specialized workshops: conveyor systems, sheet metal fabrication, assembly and welding, and steel structure production. Equipped with advanced machinery such as Salvagnini automatic sheet metal systems (daily capacity of 20 tons), CNC laser cutting machines, uncoiling and leveling lines, CNC turret punching machines, bending machines, and more, this facility boasts a single-shift production capacity of 20,000 tons per year. It can simultaneously manufacture four production lines with capacities of 1,000 tons each. The Changzhou workforce includes 380 production employees, 60% of whom have more than 10 years of industry experience.

Covering 1,000 m², the institute boasts a team of over 50 industrial engineers, thereby significantly enhancing Tiancheng Coating's capabilities in innovation, digital design and process development.
