Truck Paint Shop

Tiancheng Coating provided design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, production support, and delivery services for the truck cab coating workshop project at FAW Jiefang’s Liuzhou branch. The truck cab coating system integrates equipment for pretreatment and electrophoretic coating (E-coating), drying, painting, air conditioning, and conveying, and is designed to support continuous production of 12 different truck models as well as various small parts and fixtures.

  • July 2020: Arrival on-site to begin preparations for the construction of the truck cab painting workshop
  • December 2020: Start of tank installation
  • January 2021: Painting robots began operation
  • March 2021: Truck cab coating line entered small-batch trial production
  • May 2021: Automotive coating line began mass production
  • July 2021: Acceptance and sign-off of the truck cab coating production line
